Emmerson Hart is a specialist recruitment consultancy set up to advise UK employment
and pension lawyers on effective and discrete ways of changing roles. By focusing exclusively in our chosen areas we have developed an in-depth picture of our markets and seek to provide real-time information in order that all our candidates are completely up-to-date when assessing whether or not to change positions.
The company was founded by Ian Fletcher, who has over nine years experience of
working exclusively in these sectors, on the basis that there is an underlying
need for a consultative approach to recruitment. By staying niche we have developed strong relationships with many of the leading
players throughout the UK and aim to provide an analytical assessment of
the employment and pensions markets.
On occasion, a lawyer may come to us in order to establish whether it is the right time to try something new. Sometimes it is not. Either way, we aim to provide no more than objective market information and leave the ultimate decision to him/her. Over the years it has become clear that changing roles for some people is not always straight-forward. However, we like to believe that by channelling the relevant information to our candidates in a relaxed and friendly manner that the recruitment cycle can be an interesting and ultimately worthwhile process. |
